The main objective for this project was to rebuild the website to a more clear and responsive design.
The responsive design makes it adaptable to the screen of any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC …)
Another objective was to embed an external booking engine with the same look and feel.
This integration ensures a boost in the online reservations made via the hotel website.
It was also very important to integrate more effectively social media networks and making content sharing much more easy for the user.
Another part of the project was the integration of the blog on the same site, achieving greater “engagement” of customers.
We are the social media strategists nowadays to ensure an efficient content sharing and client engagement after the website launch, controlling the customer interaction through the main social media channels (facebook, twitter, google+, youtube), the main on-line reputation systems (tripadvisor, google places…) and e-mail marketing using mailchimp-based system.
